This ad on Instagram is from an Immigration law firm. It says that it doesn’t matter if you have: entered illegally, have been arrested, or have applied before. They claim they can help someone get their papers (citizenship) without them having to leave the country.
Below that it says “say goodbye to your worries. At Brigant Law Group, Inc. we help you in the immigration process without having to leave the country.”
Absolute bulls***. It does matter if you have entered illegally, have a record, or have applied before. This is the only immigration attorney I have seen advertise and it’s all crap. They prey on immigrants because they know how vulnerable they are.
When I am an immigration attorney I will not give anyone false hope or straight up lies.
